* Visit to Agri-Latina Farm, the first farm in Europe specialized by Alex Podolinski
* Visit to La Colina Farm, a farm and biodename farm, since the 70's they grow a variety of field crops, vineyards, vegetables and animals. Partners in a long-term study of wheat heritage varieties
* Study and demonstration of soil cultivation and conservation in a biodynamic approach
* Work with biodynamic preparations on a commercial scale
